Zola E. Henegar

Mrs. Zola E. Goins Henegar, 99, a former long-time resident to Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, July 15, 2003 in Memphis where she had made her home for several years.
The La Follette, TN native was the daughter of the late Marshall Goins and Emma Parrott Goins Dossett. She was the widow of Robert L. Henegar, who died in 1969. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant.
She is survived by a daughter-in-law: Margaret Henegar of Memphis; two sisters: Cleo Nelson of Oak Ridge, TN and Monnie Ausmus of La Follette, TN; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter: Margaret McCoy; and two sons: Emmitt "E.J." Henegar and Walter Henegar.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday, July 18 at 2:00 PM from the Williams Mt. Pleasant Fuenral Home by Rev. Tommy Henegar. Burial will follow in the Polk Memorial Gardens.
The family will visit with friends from 1:00 PM until the service hour at the funeral home.
Friends of the family will serve as pallbearers.
