Wilson "Don" Ralph King, age 59 and beloved preacher at the Jones Valley Church of Christ, passed away Thursday. May 24, 2012 in Pulaski.
Born June 3, 1952 to Dorothy B. Miller and the Late William Ralph King in Maury County. After finishing high school, he married the love of his life Linda Kelley King on July 26, 1969. Don was a man that could do anything his hands were placed on including painting, fixing, and doing other body repairs to cars. He also loved to paint pictures and stand before his congregation to spread word of our Savior, which consisted mainly of his family and very close friends. His granddaughter Kayleigh stated, "I will miss The Claw" as she called it in reference to his hand that he would tickle her with until she would get her "Soccer Boppers" out. The time he spent with his only granddaughter was most precious to him, and he treasured those times until his passing.
The family will fulfill his wishes with a memorial service in the chapel of Jones Valley Church of Christ Sunday, May 27, 2012 at 12:00 Noon.
