Willodean Mabry Shaw

Mrs. Willodean Mabry Shaw, lifelong resident of Summertown, passed away Friday March 16th at her residence, Hidden Acres in Mt. Pleasant
Funeral services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Bros. Ricky Glass and Elton Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Arlington Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends on Saturday from 4:00 ? 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
The Summertown native was the daughter of the late Harry Pitts and Bertha Holtsford Pitts, and the wife of the late Howard Mabry and the late George Shaw. She was a Cafeteria worker for Summertown High School and also for various nursing homes throughout Maury County. Mrs. Shaw was a member of the Summertown Church of Christ.
Survivors include one son, Charlie Linda Mabry; one grandson, Mickey Ginger Mabry; great grandson, James Mabry; great grand daughter, Lauren Mabry all of Summertown, TN and a special nephew Ray Pitts, of Spring Hill, TN. Mrs. Shaw was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Warden, and a brother, Raymond Pitts.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Hyatt, Terry Pierce, Eddie Talley, Dave Curtis, Jeff Durham and Theodore Durham. Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of Hidden Acres.
Memorials may be made to the Summertown Church of Christ, P.O. Box 416, Summertown, TN 38483.
