Mr. William Oliver Hess, age 77, a resident of Tower Ranch Road in Hohenwald, passed way on Sunday, November 22, at his residence.
Private family services will be conducted at a later date. Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
The Momence, Il, native was born February 4, 1932, the son of the late Edmond Arthur Hess and Mary Baker Hess. He was the husband of Catherine Mapp Hess of Hohenwald. Mr. Hess was a graduate of the University of Illinois and was a retired Certified Public Accountant. He was a member of St. Peter s Episcopal Church in Columbia.
Survivors in addition to his wife include his children: Pamela Lynn Hess of Ft. Pierce, FL, Gregory Nikki Hess of Port St. Lucie, FL, Patrick William Jody Hess of Port St. Lucie, FL and Dolores Vince Hinson of Hohenwald; one brother: Charles Hess of Aroma Park, IL.
