William Dwight Green

William Dwight Green, 73, of Mt Pleasant, TN died Saturday, October 26, 2019 in Mt. Pleasant, TN. He was born in Lewisburg, TN on October 7th, 1946, the son of William Jake, and Mildred Farris Green (Fisher). He was a retired testing technician for both Monsanto Chemical Company and to Spontex Chemical Inc., in Columbia, TN. He married Patricia Dukes, and later married to Jackie Dawson.

Survivors include his two daughters, Minister Michelle Green and Stacy Green; his four grandchildren, Courtney, Aubrey, Johneisa, and Dwight; two great-grandchildren, Alasey, and Joshua; five step-children, Darryl, Rodger, Tina, Sonya, and Jeffrey; his Beloved, Ms. Dorothy Daniels, her son Freddie, and great niece, Jay; three sisters, Mildred James, Constance Alexander, and Sandra Malone (Walter); brother, Arthur (Sandra) Jake Green; nieces, Lolita Kelso (Ivan), Jacque Reed, Deatrice Swett, Aisha Fisher; nephew’s, Jeffrey C. Anderson (Yolanda), Thomas R. James, Walter Malone, III (Racquel); one aunt, Floetta Hardin, and a host of great Niece’s, Nephew’s, Cousins, and Friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, October 31st, 11:00 a.m., at Williams Funeral Home, 2517 Trotwood Avenue Columbia TN, 38401, followed by the funeral service at Noon with Rev. Herbert Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Polk Memorial Gardens, 6465 Trotwood Ave, Columbia, TN 38401.
