Bill Kidwell of Columbia, Tennessee passed away today, July 7, 2015 at 10:25 am after a long struggle with cancer. He is survived by his wife, Lizabeth Kidwell; son Alexander Kidwell; stepchildren Evan Henshaw and Laurel Henshaw; and his brother Ben Kidwell of Frisco, Texas.
He will be remembered for his lifelong work as an artist. Born in Knoxville, Tennessee on July 27, 1934, Bill was a graduate of Central High School. He was a former U.S. Marine and art teacher at The University of Tennessee.
