Willard "Bill" Conley

Mr. Willard ?Bill? Conley, 76, a resident of Tanner Court in Spring Hill, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2006 at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville.

A celebration of life service for Mr. Conley will be conducted Thursday, May 18, 2006 at 7:00 pm at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Reverend Charles Blythe and Reverends Greg and Melinda Lancaster officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 pm until service time at the funeral home.

Born in Dodge City, KS, he was the son of the late William Sherman and Louisa Isabel Smith Conley and the husband of Shirley Nutter Conley. He was retired from Scans Associates as a machine builder in Michigan. He was a veteran of the US Navy, a member and greeter of the 1st Assembly of God Church.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, David Joann Conley of Orlando, FL, Brenda Bob Smith of Livonia, MI, Reverend Melinda Greg Lancaster of Spring Hill, TN, Christopher Melissa Conley of Hartland, MI and Vanessa Keith Calleja of Redford, MI; grandchildren, Jennifer Ron Imran and David Conley, both of Orlando, FL, Stephanie Smith of Livonia, MI, Becky Dan Bloch of Fraser, MI, Gregory Lancaster II of Spring Hill, TN, Corey Davis of Garden City, MI, Emily Calleja of Redford, MI, Ethan Conley and Megan Conley, both of Hartland, MI; great granddaughter, Eleanor Smith of Livonia, MI. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Deborah Conley and three brothers, Walter, Roy and Bob Conley.

Honorary pallbearers will be Keith & Robin Davis, Dale & Janet Templeton, Bill & Jeannette Sellers, Charles & Kathy Gandy, Ron & Judy Blalock, Robert Longmate, George Kirlenoff, David & Angie Potts, Monty & Laura Gilliam, Terone Shepard, Karly Baker and Kinsley Baker.
