Wanda, affectionately known as Wa-Wa to family, will be remembered in many ways. She baked and decorated scrumptious cakes for our celebrations. She was proud to work the election proceedings and held various positions through the years at her precinct being vigilant in seeing that proper procedure was followed. She was always eager to share her hospitality or make us laugh with a witty remark. She was a fighter and gave life everything she had. A woman of strong faith and spirit, she loved her God with all her being. She will never be forgotten by her family and friends. For to know Wanda Pigg was to have one’s life forever touched.
