Walter "Frank" Francis Mahoney

Walter “Frank” Francis Mahoney, age 80, of Lakeland, Florida and Leoma, Tennessee went to be with his Lord and Savior Thursday, November 3, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Frank was born April 21, 1936 in Buffalo, NY to the late John Walter Mahoney and the late Winifred Marion Dickinson Mahoney. Frank was a retiree of McArthur Termite and Pest Control in Lakeland, Florida. Frank was truly kind hearted and generous, the opposite of selfish. He loved his wife, children, grandchildren, and his Lord. Frank’s wife of many years Lana Jeannette Turner Mahoney was his angel. He loved her deeply. He did all things with a good attitude. He loved to joke and make others smile. He looked for the good in people. He loved nature and seeing it when he and his wife travelled the country. Frank was an incredible person with a heart for the Lord. Frank was loved by many and will be dearly missed.
Frank is survived by his wife: Lana Mahoney; daughter: Colleen R. Mahoney; sons: Devang (Chetna) Brahmbhatt and Jose (Ismary) Garcia; grandson: Frankie Brahmbhatt and Joel Garcia; granddaughters: Khusboo and Reshma Brambhatt; brother: James G. Mahoney; brother-in-law: John Wayne Turner; and Lilly his beloved dog.
He was preceded in death by his sons: Frankie Mahoney Jr. and John Patrick Mahoney.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
