Walter C. Farris

Mr. Walter C. Farris, age, 58, a resident of Booker Farm Road in Hampshire, TN, passed away on Saturday, December 23, 2006 at Hidden Acres.
Funeral services for Mr. Farris will be conducted Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 11:00 am in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant. Burial will follow in the Polk Memorial Gardens.
The family will visit with friends Wednesday from 4:00 until 9:00 pm. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of Grace Scott Farris of Hampshire and the late Allen Craig Farris and the husband of Donna Bennett Farris. Mr. Farris was a pipe cutter for Nelson Tube in Columbia and of the Church of Christ faith.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by two sons, Nathan Craig Farris of Hampshire and Jimmy Farris of Columbia; three sisters, Linda Farris of Columbia, Peggy Victory of Centerville and Jane Alexander of Hampshire.
Pallbearers will be Ernest Bennett, Steven Bennett, Ronnie Daniels, Joe Bennett, David Bennett and Ricky Hill. Honorary pallbearers will Jerry Bell, Johnnie Akins, Billy Carroll, Joe Joe Bennett, Christian Bennett, Christopher Bennett, Sylvester Mandrell, Ed Himes, Chad Himes, Adam Himes Jimmy Rowland and all of the Nurses and CNA?s at Hidden Acres.
