Mr. Walter Albert Williams, 69, a resident of Cochran Drive in Duck River, Tennessee, passed away on Sunday, October 7, at his residence.
Funeral service for Mr. Williams will be conducted Thursday at 1:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia. Graveside services for Mr. Williams will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. at the Stan Cemetery in Hickman County with Reverend Walter Lester officiating. Military honors will be provided the Herbert Griffin American Legion Post #19 of Columbia.
The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 9:00 A.M. ? 2:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
The Chicamauga, Georgia native was the son of the late Elmer and Susie Akin Williams and the husband of Florence Thomsen Williams of Duck River, Tennessee. He served his country in the United States Army. He was a employee at the Abeco Die Cast in Lewisburg.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children: Jacob Albert Williams and Julia Marie Williams both of Duck River, TN, Mary Julina Graham and Richard Wayne Hobbs both of Columbia, TN; grandchildren: Tonna Marie Graham, Joshua Andrew Graham and Jordon Israel Graham all of Columbia, TN; two sisters: Leola Williams and Lorene McCloud both of Rossville, GA; one brother: J.N.. Williams of Rossville, GA. He was preceded in death by one brother: Buddy Williams and one sister: Ruby Williams.
Pallbearers will be Alberto Ricardo, Amadeo Hernandes, Jesse Giles, Heath Coyle, Patrick Harris and Sergio Alarcon
Honorary pallbearers will be Steven Hardison, Pedro Gonzalez, Mitchell Newman, Bruce Brooks, Joe Coyle, Eddie Taylor and employees of Abeco Die Cast of Lewisburg.
