Ms. Virginia Carole Duncan, 64, a resident of South Main Street in Columbia, died Friday, July 29, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital.
A memorial service for Ms. Duncan will be conducted Sunday, July 31, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rick Points officiating. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Bernard and Virginia Brunson Duncan. After receiving her B.S. in Lab Technology, she was a lab technologist at Williamson Medical Center, General Hospital in Nashville, and Maury Regional Hospital. Ms. Duncan was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by three daughters, Elizabeth Allmon of Colorado, Amy Collins and Dusty Holt of Murfreesboro, TN; two sons, John Monica Allmon of Murfreesboro, TN and Jodi Allmon of Columbia, TN; twelve grandchildren, Jody Elizabeth Campbell-Kemp, Chris Campbell, and Timothy Campbell all of Colorado, Julia Holt, Judah Holt, John Michael Allmon, Meagan Collins, Tyler Collins, and Anthony Collins all of Murfreesboro, TN, Amanda Collins, Austin Collins, and Angela Collins all of Nashville, TN; four great grandchildren; three brothers, Frank Duncan of Columbia, TN, Bernard ?Bunt? Duncan of Orlando, FL, and Doug Duncan of Houston, TX; two sisters, Joy Park of Summertown, TN and Nancy Dolley of Murfreesboro, TN. She was preceded in death by a brother, Gerald ?Jerry? Duncan.
