Mrs. Virginia Bennett Biache, 76, a resident of Hoover Mason Lane in Mt. Pleasant, passed away Thursday, June 29, 2006 at NHC/Columbia.
Graveside services for Mrs. Biache will be conducted Saturday, July 1, 2006 at 10:00 am at Polk Memorial Gardens with Brother Jimmy Davis officiating. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia in charge of arrangements.
Born in Boston, MA, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Marie Lennon Bennett and wife of the late Joseph W. Biache. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith.
She is survived by two daughters, Janine Tim Brown of Columbia and Candace McMinn of Magnolia Springs, AL; a son, Jay Julie Biache of Columbia; sisters, Diane Ellis and Helen Schermerhorn, both of Billerica, MA ; 10 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; beloved friends, Cathy Cole and Patricia Reno, both of Columbia. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Michele Griffin and a brother, Frank Bennett.
