Mrs. Violet L. Starling, age 84, a resident of Waynesboro, passed away on Tuesday, January 29 at Wayne County Hospital.
A memorial service for Mrs. Starling will be held at a later date in Crystal River, FL. Williams Funeral Home of Columbia is in charge of arrangements.
Born in Newton, NC, she was the daughter of the late Fredrick and Catherine Morrison Link and wife of the late Atlis Starling. She was a homemaker and a member of Red Level Baptist Church in Crystal River, FL.
Survivors include her children; Kevin Starling of Moriches, NY, Bonita S. May of Crystal River, FL and Regina S. Patterson of Waynesboro; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
