Troy Eugene Blackwell, age 55, resident of Columbia, passed away on Sunday, August 5, 2018.
Troy was born October 8, 1962, in Wayne, MI, the son of Sally Jo Badia of Columbia and the late Peter Eugene Blackwell. He was a florist and most recently had worked for Native Florist.
In addition to his mother, Troy is survived by his children Beriah Cotta of Michigan, Shane Eugene Asher of Arizona, Falon Blackwell, and Teagan Blackwell of Franklin, Tennessee; two sisters Deanna Cole of Michigan and Sandy Dorow of Columbia; along with his girlfriend Angie Hiller. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one sister, Tracy Heming.
