Timothy Alan Brown, Sr. “Black Jack Brown”, 55, of Lewisburg, Tennessee passed on September 17, 2019 unexpectedly in a semi-truck accident in Ohio.
Timothy was born on April 19, 1964 in Nashville, Tennessee to Kenneth Oscar and Martha Lucille Brown. He was known as Tuba Tim in the high school band. He drove a tractor truck for Big G Trucking Company for the last 3 years. He was also a diesel mechanic. He was involved in wrestling for the last 32 years and loved it. He also enjoyed John Wayne movies, riding his Harley Davidson, and watching Alabama football. He was “Bad to the Bone” but had a heart of gold. He would help anybody that needed it. He had a wonderful sense of humor and was spontaneous, never planning a thing, he just did it. He loved his dog, Princess.
He is survived by his wife of 9 years: Shirley Henson Brown; children: Timothy Brown, Jr., Joshua (Chisa) Brown, Shawn Brown, Kenny (Sharon) Brown, Aaron Wayne Brown; stepchildren: Amanda and Jared Mobbs; brother: Kenny Ray (Angela) Brown; sister: Belinda Bell; grandchildren: Shawn Brown, Noah Brown, Remington Brown, Joshua (JJ) Brown, Janella Brown, Kensley Brown and Harlie Quinn Stacey; brothers and sisters-in-law: Danny (Shelia) Henson, Patricia (Arnold) Grooms, Debra (Chris) Boshers and Jimmy (Valerie) Henson. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Family will visit with friends on Saturday, September 21, 2019 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Williams Funeral Home, Columbia. Services will be Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow at Polk Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers will be Dennis (Bird) Stephens, Houston Evans, Joshua Brown, Kenny Brown, Timothy Brown, Jr. David Wells, David Wells, Jr., and Gary Valiant.
Honorary pallbearers are his wrestling brothers.
