Timothy Andrew Adams, Jr.

Timothy Andrew Adams, Jr., 1 week old son of Timothy Andrew, Sr. and Jennifer Kulbeik Adams of the Hampshire Community, died Monday September 22, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Graveside services for Timothy will be conducted Wednesday, September 24, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. at Polk Memorial Gardens with Reverend Monte McCandless, Reverend Johnny Higgason, and Reverend Jack Tharp officiating. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home.
Timothy was born on September 15, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital. The family is affiliated with the Napier Pentecostal Church.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by sister, Molly Adams of Hampshire; two brothers, Andrew Jackson ?Jack? Samuel Adams and Harley Dakota Adams both of Hampshire; two grandmothers, Shirley Adams of Hampshire and Vera Kulbeik of Summertown; a grandfather, Sam Kulbeik of Portage, Wisconsin; a great grandfather, Gene Christian of Summertown; He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Jack Adams.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joey Sims, Scotty barber, Jack Adams, Harley Adams, and Molly Adams.
Memorials may be made to Maury Regional Hospital Pediatrics Unit 1224 Trotwood Avenue, Columbia, Tennessee 38401.
