Thunder Thammavongsa

Mr. Thunder Thammavongsa, age 71, a resident of Creekstone Drive in Columbia, passed away on Wednesday, June 6, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Services will be conducted Sunday at 2:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
The family will visit with friends after 4:00 P.M. on Saturday at the funeral home.
A native of Vientian, Laos, he was the son of the late Bao Thammavongsa and Phong Thammavongsa. He was the husband of Thongvanh Sundara Thammavongsa whom he married in December of 1959. He worked in the manufacturing industry in Texas. He was of the Buddhist faith.
Survivors in addition to his wife include his children: Kongsavanh Tricia Savankham of Spring Hill, Kongkeo Thammavongsa of Dallas, TX, Souksavan Sisavath of Dallas, TX, Kongphavan Michelle Thammavongsa of Columbia and Kongkham Thammavongsa of Dallas, TX; 2 sisters and 3 brothers, 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
