Thomas H. "Tom" Zank

Mr. Thomas Henry ?Tom? Zank, 50, a resident of Jacobs Road in Columbia, died Sunday, May 30, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital.

Presently, no services for Mr. Zank are scheduled. Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is in charge of arrangements.

Formerly of Berwyn, IL, he moved to Columbia in Feb. 1992. He was the son of John C. and Bernice Bolezowski Zank and husband of Sheryl Vorlicky Zank. He was an op tech for the Saturn Corporation.

In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by a son, Bryan Zank of Columbia; a daughter, Katie Zank of Columbia; two brothers, J. Allen Patricia Zank of Berwyn, IL and Robert Tracy Zank of Homer Glen, IL; a sister, Roseanne Dr. Patrick McGrath of Lockport, IL; mother ?in-law, Sylvia Vorlicky of Berwyn, IL; brother-in-law, Bob Vorlicky, Berwyn, IL

He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Vernon Vorlicky.
