Thomas Wayne Roberts

Mr. Thomas Wayne Roberts, 61, a resident of Locust Street in Mt. Pleasant, died Thursday, March 27, 2003 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Roberts will be conducted Saturday, March 29, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Reverend S.L. McDonald officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Friday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the son of Margaret E. Addison Roberts of Spring Hill and the late Earl Roberts. He was the husband of the late Nellie Mae Burks Roberts of Mt. Pleasant. He was a retired truck driver with Mt. Pleasant Transfer in which he had 30 years of service.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a daughter, Denise Roberts of Mt. Pleasant; three sons, Rex Teresa Roberts, Thomas Angelica Roberts, and Terry Roberts all of Mt. Pleasant; four grandchildren, Cynthia Roberts, Brandon Roberts, Kayla Massey, and Keifer Roberts all of Mt. Pleasant; two sisters, Peggy Smith of Kentucky Lake and Betty June Coleman of Chapel Hill; four brothers, Charles Roberts of Summertown, J.V. Roberts of Lynnville, Junior Roberts of Columbia, and Billy Roberts of Chapel Hill. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Roberts.
Pallbearers will be Dennis Pierce, Bobby Joe Fitzgerald, Carl Wayne Fitzgerald, Charles Roberts, Brandon Roberts, and Jonathan McNabb.
