Thomas "Tommy" Anderson

Thomas Reese "Tommy" Anderson was born April 14, 1961 in Birmingham, AL, the son of Judy Adams Anderson of Mt. Pleasant and the late James Claude Anderson. Tommy graduated from Mt. Pleasant High School and was employed in the construction and restoration industry. Tommy enjoyed golfing with his buddies at the Mt. Pleasant Country Club and fishing. He was affiliated with the Church of Christ.

Survivors in addition to his mother include one son, Thomas "Kirk" Anderson of Lawrenceburg; one grandson, Thomas Breydon Anderson of Lawrenceburg; one brother, Randy Anderson of Lutz, FL; one nephew, Ryan Anderson of Colorado Springs, CO and three nieces, Katie Gonzalez of Warner Robbins, GA and Emily and Grace Anderson, both of Lutz, FL; one great-niece, Lilianna Gonzalez of Warner Robbins, GA, along with his special friend, his dog Missy.

Tommy passed away on Tuesday, December 27, at Maury Regional Medical Center.

Funeral services for Tommy will be conducted Friday at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Bro. Andy Pogue officiating.

The family will visit with friends on Thursday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Paul Crews, Virgil Stewart, Carl Lovett, David Lovell and Jeff Sisk. Honorary pallbearers will be the employees of Special touch and his golfing buddies at Mt. Pleasant Country Club.
