Thelma B. Shoumake

Thelma B. Shoumake, age 89, of Columbia, TN, passed away Friday, September 20th 2013.
Thelma was born May 30th, 1924 to parents Frank Rogers and Mattie “Mason” Rogers in Chesterfield, South Carolina. Thelma was a housewife and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Services for Thelma will be held Thursday, September 26th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Columbia, TN at 2:00 p.m. Family and friends may visit Thursday from Noon until the time of service.
Family and friends will serve as Pallbearers. Honorary Pallbearers will be members of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
Thelma is survived by: sons; William and Euletia Cates, JR., Floyd Cates, and George W. Cates, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one foster granddaughter.
Thelma is preceded by: Husband; John Shoumake, Parents; Frank Rogers, and Mattie Rogers, and son JT Cates.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to service cost at Williams Funeral Home.
