Terry Lynn Armstrong

Terry Lynn Armstrong, age 35, of Columbia, passed away unexpectedly at Maury Regional Medical Center on April 15, 2013.

Mr. Armstrong was born on September 19, 1977 in Dickson, Tennessee, the beloved youngest son of Allen and Cathy Bolton Armstrong of Columbia. Terry was a loving single father of three children and was the life partner and best friend of Candy Roberts.
Terry is remembered as saying many times: “I’m the nicest guy you’ll ever meet,” and his family fully agrees that it was a completely true statement.

Terry is survived by his children: Christina Armstrong, Elizabeth Armstrong and Katlyn Armstrong; parents: Allen and Cathy Armstrong; siblings: Timothy and Kim Armstrong; aunt: Barbara Cummins; uncle: Steve (Peggy) Armstrong; nieces: Jaimee Vaughn and Destinee Armstrong; nephew: Dylan Vaughn.

Funeral services for Terry will be held on Thursday, April 18, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee with Ricky Bowdoin officiating. Burial will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Mt. Pleasant. The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, April 17 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Jeff Baker, Matthew Bobo, Dusty Dugger, Wesley Dugger, Dale Baker, Jacob Vanderpool and Dylan Vaughn will serve as pallbearers.
