Tammy Lynn Mitchell, 43, a resident of Blackburn Road in Santa Fe, passed away on Wednesday, April 3, in Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Mitchell were conducted Saturday at 7:00 P.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Bob Adair officiating.
The Logan Co., WV, native was the daughter of Phyllis Davis Mullins of Santa Fe and the late Maynard Leroy Mullins. She was the wife of Frankie Mitchell of Santa Fe, whom she married on June 1, 1982. She was a homemaker.
Survivors in addition to her husband and mother include four sons: Herbert Mitchell III of Lewisburg, Michael Ray Mitchell of Lewisburg, Rodney Steven Mitchell of Williamsport and Maynard Lee Mitchell of Madison, AL; one daughter: Pepsi Farris of Columbia; 9 Grandchildren; two brothers: Leroy Phillip Mullins of Van, WV and Ricky Dean Mullins of Turtle Creek, WV; one sister: Anna Mae Carr of Unda, WV.
