Shelia "Diane" Colvett

Shelia Diane Colvett, age 60, of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee passed away on November 28, 2017 at Mount Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation surrounded by her loving family.

Diane was born on July 1, 1957 to the late Reece and Janie Colvett. Diane was the life of the party and never met a stranger. She loved talking with everyone. She enjoyed sewing, reading and baking; she especially loved baking birthday cakes for everyone in her family.

Diane leaves behind her Daughter: Capree Mangrum; Grandchildren: Camden Staggs and Brailee Newcomb; Siblings: Margaret (Jr.) Staggs, James “Pee Wee” (Charlotte) Colvett, Jerry (Teresa) Colvett, Reba Colvett and Faye Colvett as well as nine nieces and seven nephews. She also leaves behind numerous great and great great nieces and nephews as well as special friend Lou Lou Runions. Diane was preceded in death by her parents; better half of many years: Luther Mangrum; Siblings: Boyd Colvett, Charlie Colvett, Wimp Colvett and Maury Colvett as well as special friend Cathy Newcomb.

The family will visit with friends on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Williams Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant as well as on Thursday, November 30 from 12:00 until 1:00. Services will follow at 1:00pm on Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Williams Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant with David Kersey officiating. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery.

Pallbearers include: Kurtis Moore, Jacob Hyatt, John Colvett, Mickey Colvett, Steven Colvett and Brandon Workman.

Honorary Pallbearers include: Terry Colvett, James “PeeWee” Colvett, Jerry Colvett and Gerry Colvett.
