Shelia Burns Tillery

January 15, 1957 — November 13, 2005

Mrs. Shelia Owen Burns Tillery, 48, a resident of Hayes Denton Road in Columbia, died Sunday, November 13, 2005, at Maury Regional Hospital.

Funeral services for Mrs. Tillery will be conducted Tuesday, November 15, 2005 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Reverend Mike Dawson and Reverend Mike Burns officiating. Burial will be in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Monday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

The Maury County native was the daughter of Owen Burns and step-mother, Mitzi Burns of Columbia and the late Bobbie Foster Burns. Mrs. Tillery loved music, cooking and loved to play ball with her grandchildren, She was a homemaker and was of Baptist faith.

She is survived by her children, Dwayna Ray Daly and Nicholaus Walters both of Columbia, TN, a brother, Mike CindyBurns of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Ty Hunter Daly, Taylor Raye Daly and Morgan Walters all of Columbia, TN; a nephew and niece, Michael Burns and Melanie Harness both of Columbia, TN; seven great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Wayne Burns.

Pallbearers will be Ben Harness, Denis Crist, David Johnson, Donnie Burns, Tim Bailey and Don Daly.

Memorials may be made to the Dwayna Daly Trust Fund c/0 First Farmers and Merchants Bank, 1501 S. James Campbell Blvd, Columbia, TN 38401.
