Shane L. Robbins

August 28, 1964 — July 18, 2020

We are saddened to announce Shane Lee Robbins has passed from a hard fought battle with cancer at the age of 55. Born August 28th, 1964 in Massena, New York where he spent many years as a mechanic. In 2010 he made the move to Lewisburg, Tennessee where he found success in many positions.

He is survived by his deeply loved wife Donna Robbins, his mother Irene Royce and sister Jamie Race (spouse Ken Race) and a host of nieces and nephews. He leaves his lessons taught to his children Danielle Robbins (boyfriend Mackenzie Papineau), Brittany Abrunzo (spouse Matthew Abrunzo), Brittany Robbins and Chad Bodway (spouse Sammi Bodway). But his greatest joy was his four grandchildren: Westley Abrunzo, Christopher Snyder, Lilianne Snyder and Evie Bodway.

Shane was a devoted father, husband, son, brother and papa. He always had a smile on his face and was ready to lend a hand whenever he was needed. He took pride in being able to offer guidance to all who required it. He was the rock that stood between you and the hard place. When not focused on his family he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, crafting model vehicles and a quiet afternoon to watch his races.

Services will be held Thursday, July 23, at 2:00 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia TN. In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to Sarah Cannon Cancer Research Facility in Nashville Tennessee.
