Mrs. Sarah Frances Lark Massey, 82, a resident of Hemingway Drive, died Friday, March 22, 2002 at the UT Hospital in Knoxville.
Funeral services for Mrs. Massey will be conducted Tuesday evening, March 26, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at the Williams Columbia Funeral Home with John Vaughan officiating. Graveside services will be conducted Wednesday, March 27, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the Graymere Church of Christ.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late James Weakley and Olive Baxter Eastham Lark. She was the widow of William Morrison Massey who died in 1976. She was a homemaker and member of the Graymere Church of Christ.
She is survived by a daughter, Glenna J. Richard Dalton of Rutledge, TN; David Morrison Massey, Sr. of Columbia, TN; 5 Grandchildren, Jamie Diane Daniels and John Paul Daniels of Jefferson City, TN, David Cassandra Massey of Mt. Plesasant, TN, Danny Ray Massey and Monoca Roxanne Massey of Columbia, TN; 3 Great Grandchildren, Desiree Michelle Pruitt, Austin Wayne Pruitt, and Dayton Thomas Pruitt, all of Columbia, TN ; special friends, Wayne Dalton and Norma Tate of Rutledge, TN. She was preceded in death by a brother, Vernon Lark.
Men of the Graymere Church of Christ will serve as pallbearers.
