Mrs. Sandra Jo Shepherd, age 53, a resident of East 15th Street in Columbia, passed away on Sunday, July 8, at Maury Regional Hospital.
Graveside services for Mrs. Shepherd will be conducted Wednesday at 12:00 noon at Polk Memorial Gardens with Rev. Telford Tharp officiating.
The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
The Maury County native was the daughter of James Thomas and Ludie Lucille Baker Campbell and the wife of William Shepherd. She was a waitress at Shoney?s and attended the Pentecostals of Columbia Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by one daughter: Tracy Dawn Kenneth Brown of Columbia; grandchildren: Kimberly D. Brown, Ashley L. Brown and Kenneth W. Brown all of Columbia; aunt: Eunice Ellis of Mt. Pleasant; uncle: Charles Baker of Columbia; great-grandson: Ethan Shane Chatman of Columbia; great-granddaughter: Brooklyn A. Brown of Columbia. She was preceded in death by two brothers: Randy Thomas and Steve Thomas.
Pallbearers will be Kenneth A. Brown, Kenneth W. Brown, Charles Baker, Jerry Williams, Shane Chatman and Jerry Gray.
Memorials may be made to the family of the Sandra Shepherd Family Fund, P.O. Box 38, Columbia, TN 38402.
