Sally Jewell Breeden

March 6, 1931 — June 18, 2005

Mrs. Sally Jewell Lancaster Breeden, 74, a resident of Brannon Court in Columbia, died Saturday, June 18, 2005 at Maury Regional Hospital.

Funeral services for Mrs. Breeden will be conducted Monday, June 20, 2005 at 4:00 pm at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Rev. Russell Ward officiating. Burial will be in the Lynnwood Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Sunday from 4:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Born in Giles County, she was the daughter of the late Maury and Lottie Thurman Lancaster and wife of the late Clifton L. Breeden. She worked for the Maury County School System at Highland Park Elementary and Mt. Pleasant Elementary in the Adopted Grandparents Program. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

She is survived by a son, Paul Mikki Breeden of Columbia; two grandchildren, Melanie Dawn Breeden of Columbia and Jason Michael Chanda Breeden of Ehteridge; two brothers, Harold Buddy Sarah Lancaster of Bossier City, LA and J.C. Gail Lancaster of Elkhart, IN; an aunt, Ruby Jean Thurman Hood of Santa Fe; three uncles, Raymond Lancaster, Leonard Lancaster and Jimmy Lancaster, all of Theta. She was preceded in death by a son, Roger Dale Breeden; three brothers, Bill Lancaster, Grady Lancaster and Elwood Lancaster; grandparents, Walter Lancaster, Jim and Lizzie Williamson Thurman.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Lancaster, Allen Lancaster, Roger Lancaster, Scotty Lancaster, Richie Lancaster, Jamie Lancaster, Mark Lancaster, Gary Lancaster and Bobby Lancaster. Honorary pallbearers will the Sunday School Ladies Class at Calvary Baptist Church.
