Ruth Maxine Jacobs

Ruth Maxine Jacobs, age 94, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2014 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN.
Ruth was born in Midland, Michigan September 3, 1920 to the late Merle Wilt and Iva Couch” Wilt. To those of us that had the great fortune to know her, our lives were changed forever. She was an amazing lady! She was one of the most graceful Christian women that I have ever met. Ruth will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Ruth is survived by: daughter: Renae (David) Bubb; son: Dick (Susan) Jacobs; grand daughters: Jill Jacobs, Joan (Bruce) Goetz, Andrea Jacobs, Minde Dunne, and Jessie Bubb; grand sons: Bill (Shannon) Jacobs and Monte (Shoney) Ackley; 11 great grand children and 4 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her Husband William Jacobs whom she married April 1, 1938. As well as her parents and her son.
A memorial service will be held Friday, December 26 at Williams Funeral Home at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends from 12:00 p.m. until service time.
