Ruby Shea

Ms. Ruby Shea, age 75, a resident of Seventh Avenue in Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, at Columbia Care & Rehab.
Funeral services for Ms. Shea will be conducted Thursday at 2:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia with Elmer Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in the Santa Fe Cemetery.
The family received friends on Wednesday from 4:00 – 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of Dan and Ola Holt Shea. Miss Ruby was a retired waitress at several restaurants and was a standing member of Eastside Church of Christ.
She is survived by a brother: Hubert Shea of Nashville; a sister: Della Shea Garner of Columbia; a nephew: Carl Gardner of Columbia; one aunt: Lois of Lewis County; special friend: Charles Crotzer of Columbia. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Kathy Shea.
Pallbearers will be Charles Crotzer, Adam Crotzer, Barry Crotzer, Tom Jones, Micky Mabry and Bob Ogle.
Honorary pallbearers will be Clyde Farris, Dr. John Dixon, employees of Columbia Care & Rehab, Dr. Richard D. Kennedy and Fred Demint.
Memorials may be made to Columbia Academy, 101 West 7th Street, Columbia, TN 38401.
