Ruby Lovell Cummings

Mrs. Ruby Lovell Cummings, 74, a resident of Canaan Road near Mt. Pleasant, died Sunday, November 3, 2002 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mrs. Cummings will be conducted Wednesday, November 6, 2002 at 2:00 p.m. at the Williams Mt. Pleasant Funeral Home with Reverend William Owens officiating. Burial will be in the Arlington Cemetery. The family will visit with friends Tuesday from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
The Maury County native was the daughter of the late Willie Thomas and Mary Lou Powers Copeland. She was the wife of Roy Cummings of Mt. Pleasant. She was an LPN for 35 years, formerly in ICU at Maury Regional Hospital and most recently at Rosewood Manor.
In addition to her husband she is survived by two daughters, Angela Jerry Hall and Pam Davis Honey both of Mt. Pleasant; two sons; Bill Diana Lovell of Mt. Pleasant and Staley Nona Lovell of Columbia; a sister, Martha Paul Morrow of Nashville; ten grandchildren, Jeremy Tonya Hall of Mt. Pleasant, Brian Tarynn Lovell of Williamsport, Brent Lovell of Mt. Pleasant, James Lovell and Jarod Lovell of Killeen, TX, Kaley Lovell and Chelsie Lovell of Columbia, Brandy Cotham of Columbia, Angela Cotham and Trint Cotham of Mt. Pleasant; three great grandchildren, Devin Hall, Samantha Lovell, and Alyssa Lovell. She was preceded in death by a brother, Bill Copeland of Jacksonville, NC.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Hall, Brian Lovell, Brent Lovell, Eric Pinkerton, Davis Honey, and Bill Runions. Honorary pallbearers will be Dr. Robert Bain, Dr. Janice Vinson, nurses and staff of Rosewood Manor, and nurses and staff of CCU at Maury Regional Hospital.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association, Middle Tennessee Region 209 23rd Avenue, North, Nashville, Tennessee 37203.
