Ruby Hall Langley

July 11, 1923 — February 11, 2004

Mrs. Ruby E. Hall Langley, 80, a resident of Sheddan Drive in Columbia, died Wednesday, February 11, 2004 at Maury Regional Hospital.

Funeral services for Mrs. Langley will be conducted Friday, February 13, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Columbia with Reverend Mike Dawson officiating. Graveside services will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Nashville, Tennessee. The family will visit with friends Thursday from 5:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.

The Gamaliel, Kentucky native was the daughter of the late Ervin and Lucy America Canada Hall. She was the widow of Robert H. Langley. She was retired from Wal-Mart of Columbia in the fabric Department. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Columbia.


She is survived by her children, Linda F. York of Columbia, TN, Norma J. Richard Marcrum of Lewisburg, TN and Wayne Langley of Columbia, TN; grandchildren, Melissa John Tennant of Culleoka, TN, Greg Jennifer Marcrum of Lewisburg, TN; great-grandchildren, Heather Tennant, William Tennant, and Robert Wayne Tennant all of Culleoka, TN, Tyler Marcrum, Melia Marcrum and Wayne Marcrum all of Lewisburg, TN.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Pauline Anderson.

Pallbearers will be the members of the First Baptist Church in Columbia.

Honorary pallbearers will be the Senior Adult for ladies Sunday School Class.
