Mr. Royce J. Crigger, 79, a resident of So. Garden St. in Columbia, died Sunday morning at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Mr. Crigger will be conducted 10:00 am Tuesday, Aug. 20, in the chapel of Williams Columbia Funeral Home with Kevin White and Elmer Lusk officiating. Burial will follow in the Polk Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from to 4:00 to 8:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Born in Maury County, son of the late John D. and Mary Jane Holder Crigger. He was a retired share cropper and a member of Phillipi Church of Christ.
Survivors include a brother, Gaston Crigger of Mt. Pleasant; six siters, Clara June Crigger, Eva Hersheline Crigger, Virginia Crigger Dudley, Ellen Grigger Grooms and Eunice Audry Crigger Johnny B. Oliver, all of Columbia, Ethel Crigger Crossof Burbank, Calf. and several nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Ricky Jones, Bobby Joe Haywood, Freddie Rich, Brad Goodwin, Larry Goodwin and Dan Compton.
