Mrs. Rosemarie M. Williams, age 87, a resident of Confederate Drive in Columbia, passed away on Monday, Feb. 8, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
No services are scheduled for Mrs. Williams at this time. Williams Funeral Home in Columbia is assisting the family with arrangements.
Born on December 5, 1922 in Bronx, NY, Rosemarie was the daugther of the late Robert Russell Whitaker and Alice Mary Von Diezelski Whitaker. She was a graduate of Columbia University NY School of Physicians and Surgeons and was an occupational therapist.
Survivors include her children: Martha Williams and Priscilla Williams, both of Columbia, Pamela Williams Every of Brewster, NY, Scott Williams of New Milford, CT and Christopher Williams of Sherwin, CT; one brother: Robert Whitaker of Kissimmee, FL and one sister: Dorothy Sebesta of Mt. Kisco, NY.
Memorials may be made to the National Parkinsons Foundation, University of Miami Brain Endowment Bank, 1501 N.W. 9th Avenue, 4th Floor, Miami, Fl 33136.
