Ronald Treadway

Ronald Treadway, 88, of Mount Pleasant, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2025, at Maury Regional Medical Center. Born on October 11, 1936, in Artie, West Virginia, Ronald was the beloved son of the late Carmel and Flossie Treadway.

A proud veteran, Ronald served in the United States Navy for eight years, dedicating a portion of his life in service to his country. After his military service, he continued to lead a life marked by hard work, kindness, and devotion to his family.

Ronald had a passion for gardening and could often be found tending to his vegetables with pride. He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, hunting, and camping—especially when accompanied by his son, Steve. He also had a love for travel, and among all his adventures, Las Vegas held a special place in his heart.

A devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandfather, and loyal friend, Ronald’s presence was a steady source of strength and warmth. His love for his family was unwavering, and his legacy will live on through the many lives he touched.

Ronald was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Judy, Madeline, and Milford; and his granddaughter, Stephanie Hodge.

He is survived by his loving wife, Annabelle Treadway; his children, Steve (Karen) Hodge and Pamela Hodge; grandchildren, Jason (Christy) McLeod, Justin (Bri) McLeod, Laura (Jeremy) Webb, Daryl (Brandi) Hodge, and Milissa (A.J.) Fitzpatrick; nephew, David Evans; great-grandchildren: Zach, Audry, Abby, Jacob, Henry, Cullen, Erin, and Payton; and great-great-grandchildren: Jaxson and Murdoch.

A graveside service will be held at Polk Memorial Gardens on Monday, April 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM, where Ronald will be laid to rest with honor and love.
