Ronald Lee Mitchell, age 61, passed away on April 17, 2017, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Ronald was born on June 2, 1955, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee to James Howard Mitchell, Sr. and Julia Ann Jenkins Mitchell. He served in the Army National Guard as a SP4, in Company C. He worked for a number of years at Lawrenceburg Monument Company as a sandblaster. He loved the Lord and his family and was the kind of person who was so generous, he would give you the shirt off his back. He was sweet and kind and had a wonderful sense of humor. One of his favorite hobbies was riding his motorcycle.
Remembering all the wonderful memories are his family including his daughter: Andrea Houser; grandchildren: Gavin and Hayden Houser; sister: Shirley Newman; great-aunts: Janice Jenkins and Rose Greenhill; several nieces and nephews; special friend: Janet Favaro and many other numerous friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother: James Howard, Jr.
The family will celebrate Ronald’s life Saturday, April 29th at 3:00 p.m. at Shady Grove Church in Ethridge, TN.
