Mr. Roger Beaudoin, age 59, a resident of Longstreet Drive in Columbia, passed away on Thursday, September 24, at his residence.
Funeral Mass for Mr. Beaudoin will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, September 28 at St. Catherine Catholic Church with Father Davis Chackaleckel officiating. Inurnment will be 10:00 AM Tuesday, September 29 in the Polk Memorial Gardens Mausoleum.
The family will visit with friends on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
Born September 28, 1949 in Woonsocket, RI, he was the son of Pauline Dery Beaudoin of Columbia and the late Conrad Beaudoin and husband of Lidia Garcia Beaudoin, his current wife and the late Laila Alesandre Beaudoin, his first wife. He was retired from the production unit at Saturn Corporation and a member of St. Catherine Catholic Church. His hobbies included carpentry and woodworking.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children: Lisa Keith Colwell of Warwick, RI and Marc Beaudoin of West Warwick, RI; granddaughter: Michaela Beaudoin of West Warwick, RI; step-children: Patrick Burke and Jeffrey Burke, both of Columbia, Michael Pamela Burke of La Fontain, IN and Melissa John Michael Poirier of Kansas City, KS; 10 step grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Marc Beaudoin, Keith Colwell, Patrick Burke, Michael Burke, Jeffrey Burke and J. Michael Poirier.
