Rodney Malcolmb Rucker, age 82, passed away on December 05, 2020, in Columbia, TN at his home.
Rodney was born on January 08, 1938, in Atlanta, GA to his late parents Malcolmb Everett and Frances Coleman Rucker. Rodney and his wife, Merijoy moved to Tennessee where he worked refinishing furniture and working in his self-owned Antique Shop. He had received a degree in drafting and design. His wife would tell you that Rodney lived his obituary and his kind nature spoke for itself.
The family will celebrate Rodney's life at a later date.
Rodney is survived by his wife: Merijoy Lentz Rucker of Columbia; mother-in-law: Mary B. Nichols; brother: Jack N. Rucker of Fayetteville, GA; nieces: Janice Renee Perryman of Atlanta, GA, and Shannon Stevenson Smith of Miami, Fl; nephews: Jack Neil Rucker of Atlanta, GA and John Brookes Stevenson of Daytona Beach.
