Roberta Luers Worthman

Mrs. Roberta Joyce Luers Worthman, age 88, a resident of Devon Drive in Columbia, passed away on Thursday, January 18, at her residence.
Funeral services for Mrs. Worthman will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 24, at the Lincoln Memorial Funeral Home in Lincoln, NE with Rev. Harold Stelzer officiating. Burial will follow in Lincoln Memorial Park.
Born in Columbus, NE, she was the daughter of the late Walter H. and Clara Siebert Luers. She was the wife of Fred H. Worthman who survives. She was a teacher in the Crete, NE, school system and attended First United Methodist Church in Columbia.
Survivors in addition to her husband include one son: Dr. John Worthman of Lynnville; one granddaughter: Annie Lynn Worthman of Seattle, WA; one grandson: John Landon Clark of Franklin; one brother: Walter Luers of Grand Island, NE. She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law: Carol Worthman and one brother: Leroy Luers.
