Roberta Dale Hendrix

Ms Roberta Dale Hendrix, age 69, a resident of Pleasantwood Drive in Mt. Pleasant, passed away on Thursday, July 24 at Maury Regional Hospital.
Funeral services for Ms Hendrix will be conducted Sunday, July 27 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Jim Walsh officiating. Burial will follow in the Arlington Cemetery.
The family will visit with friends Saturday from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
The Mt. Pleasant native was the daughter of Maude McAnally Hendrix of Mt. Pleasant and the late Mark Hendrix. She graduated from Hay Long High School and Columbia Business College. She worked for the Selective Service Board until 1975 and also for the Mt. Pleasant Country Club in Mt. Pleasant. For the past 15 years she was a caregiver for her mother. She was a member of the Locust Street Church of Christ.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son: Ricky Martin of Mt. Pleasant; a brother: Richard Hendrix of Mt. Pleasant; a sister: Kay Neeley of Mt. Pleasant; an aunt: Linda Jackie Boshers of Mt Pleasant and an uncle: Jimmy Dean Hendrix of Mt. Pleasant; nephews: Allen Neeley of Athens, AL , Paul Neeley of Baxter, TN and Mark Hendrix of Murfreesboro; great nieces and nephews: Kathryn Neeley, Sara Beth Neeley, Jacob Neeley, Braxton Neeley and Jackzen Neeley.
Pallbearers will be Mark Hendrix, Paul Neeley, Allen Neeley,, Josh Boshers, Mitch Hendrix, Scottie Eastep. Jacob Neeley and Terry Chapman.
Honorary pallbearers will be Byron Gidcomb, Mr. & Mrs. Franklin Williams, Dr. & Mrs. Rufus Clifford, Terry Johnson and employees of T. J.'s Pitstop, Jeff Lightfoot, John Lightfoot, David Brady, Claude and Faye Brawner, Randy Stewart and Anne Hendrix.
A special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Vanderbilt Hospital ICU, NHC Columbia and Maury Regional ICU and CCU for being so kind.
