Robert E. Ferriby

Robert E. Ferriby , age 61 , a resident of Creekside Drive in Columbia, passed away Monday, August 4, at Maury Regional Hospital.
A Memorial service for Mr. Ferriby will be conducted Friday, August 8 at 10:00 A.M. at St Catherine Catholic Church with Father Patrick Connor officiating. The Knights of Columbus will provide an honor guard.
The family will visit with friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Williams Funeral Home in Columbia.
Born in Port Huron, MI, he was the son of Beulah Basnaw Larson of Port Huron, MI and the late Arnold Ferriby. He was the husband of Kathryn Bradke Ferriby of Columbia. He was retired from General Motors. Mr. Ferriby served in the United States Navy and was a member of the American Legion Post 19, VFW, board member of Harvest Share and member of the Knights of Columbus. He was a member of St Catherine Catholic Church.
In addition to his wife and mother he is survived by his children: Laura L. Martin Hussey of Hawaii, Todd Jess Method Ferriby of Arizona and Jim Patty Ferriby of Michigan; grandchildren: Katy Hussey, Jack Hussey, Joseph Method and Leaha Ferriby.
