Regina Waldrop, age 71, passed away on October 9, 2021, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
Regina was born on December 26, 1949, in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Thomas C. and Frances “Ayers” Riley.
Regina was a talented singer and even had cassette tapes made of her singing Christian Music. When she wasn’t singing, she was probably watching tv, especially soap operas.
In high school, Regina was very athletic. She would end up playing basketball and girls powderpuff football.
Regina was a woman of character. She would joke and have fun with her whole family, and they would with her. Her niece and nephew would call her “Mean Jean” to mess and joke with her. She had a one-of-a-kind relationship with them and loved them as her own.
Regina is preceded in death by her parents and her brother: Thomas C. Riley, Jr.
Regina is survived by her wonderful sister: Beth Price; nieces: Brittany Brewer (Jeremy) and Candace Caudel (Ron); nephews: Dustin Price, Robby Riley (Jackie), and Mike Riley; and great-niece: Haley Brewer.
A graveside inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at 10:00 AM at Springer Cemetery.
