Raylene Hall Culotta Mills, age 78, passed away peacefully at Signature Healthcare in Columbia, Tennessee on August 22, 2013 with her family by her side.
She was born June 15, 1935 in Independence, Missouri to the late Oliver Raymond Hall and the late Darleen Morgan Culotta, and was the adopted daughter of the late Sam Culotta. Raylene was a homemaker, devoted mother, and grandmother. Raylene was a former professional ballerina and owned a studio in Arabi. Additionally, she loved to bowl where she met her lifelong friend Sandra Margovia.
A double graveside inurnment for Mrs. Mills and her father Sam Culotta will be conducted Monday, September 9, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. in St. Louis No. 3 Cemetery in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Survivors include her children Rickie (Ginger) Luke, Lorilyn (Leron) Simolke, Randy (Elizabeth) Landry, Kellie (Hyongil) Moon; a step son: Kenneth (Becky) Mills; grandchildren: Rickie "Sam" Luke, Jr., Danielle (Luke) Lewczynski, Darleen Bellmyer, Andrew Landry, Eleanna Parks, Rayven Moon, Jayla Moon and Brittany Witcher; 6 great grandchildren; and a niece: Barbara Ann Gatto; and her extended siblings in Colorado.
