Randall was born on April 3, 1956 to Eugene and Mildred Givens Jones, in Dickson, Tennessee. He worked in construction. Randall was just a good old boy, being a good person who would give you the shirt off his back.
Randal is survived by his siblings: Rodger D. Jones, Lawrence Jones and Janice Jones.
The family will celebrate Randall's life at a later date.
