Peggy Jo Workman

Mrs. Peggy Jo Johnson Workman, 66, resident of Lynnville, passed away on
Tuesday, August 14, in Maury Regional Hospital.

Funeral services for Mrs. Workman will be conducted Friday at 10:00 A.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Dalton Cole officiating. Burial will follow in the Blowing Springs Cemetery.

The family will visit with friends from 3:00 ? 9:00 P.M. Thursday at the funeral home.

The Giles Co., native was the daughter of the late Campbell and Grace Holder Johnson. She was the wife of the late Robert ?Bobby? Workman who preceded her in death in February 1994. She was retired from Mt. Pleasant Manufacturing and was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include her children: Brenda Larry Chapman of Mt. Pleasant, Frank Workman of Campbellsville, Tammy David Kersey of Lynnville and Emily Workman of Campbellsville; grandchildren: Timothy Chapman, Larry Christopher Chapman, John Robert Chapman and Brandon Workman, all of Mt. Pleasant, Jessica Kersey of Campbellsville and Brandi Chapman of Pulaski; great-grandchildren: Tessa Chapman and Sophia Chapman of Pulaski and Sara Grace Workman of Mt. Pleasant. brothers and sisters: Betty James Ferguson of Mt. Joy, Larry Faye Johnson of Ethridge, Mike Jewel Johnson of Lynnville, Billy Doris Johnson of Columbia, Linda Steve Yant of Pulaski and Wanda Richard Beaver of Campbellsville. She was preceded in death by one sister: Ann Stewart and one brother: James Johnson.

Pallbearers will be Wendell Bowen, Roger Foster, Chris Chapman, Timothy Chapman, Joe Sims, Derrick Chapman, Jerry Osborne, and Charles Dale. Honorary pallbearers will be the Sixth Floor, CCU and the skilled nursing unit at Maury Regional Hospital and Dr. John Dixon.
