Peggy Buie, 80, of Summertown, TN passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at NHC of Lawrenceburg.
She was born April 18, 1941, to the late John Ramon and Helen Pike Williams.
Peggy was a loving aunt, great aunt, and friend. She adored her dog, Frances.
In addition to her parents, Peggy was preceded in death by a very special nephew, Jeremy Glenn Coats, Steve Bowie and Johnny Bowie; and her dog, Fancy.
Those left to cherish Peggy’s memory are her granddaughter, Alley “Dolly”; nieces, Connie Luchini and Susie Hay; nephews, Rodney Bowie, Curtis Coats and Ricky Coats; great nieces, April White (Eric) and Angela Kelley; great nephews, John Cummins, Dakota Hay, Austin Chase Sneed and Boaz Bowie; friends, Reba Pierce and Debra Kennedy.
A visitation for Peggy will be held at Williams Funeral Home in Columbia on Friday, April 8, 2022, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM, with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM. Brother Ricky Pitts will be officiating. Peggy will be laid to rest in the Garden of Prayer at Polk Memorial Gardens.
