Mrs. Pearl Caldwell Walters, age 83, a resident of Leipers Creek Rd in Santa Fe, passed away on Saturday, October 10, at Rosewood Manor Nursing Home.
Funeral services for Mrs. Walters will be conducted Tuesday October 13, at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Williams Funeral Home of Columbia with Chet Chunn officiating. Burial will follow in the Santa Fe Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Monday from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Born March 3, 1926 in Williamson County, TN she was the daughter of the late James and Emma Harris Caldwell and the widow of Ivan Fox Walters. Pearl was a button machine operator for Weather Tamer for some of her life. She was a great house wife, loving mother and grandmother. She was of Methodist faith.
Mrs. Walters is survived by one son: Ivan Leon Anita Walters of Santa Fe; four granddaughters: Jenny Walters and Amanda Walters of Santa Fe, Cuffey Bryan Stancliff of Murfreesboro, TN and Debbie Hobbs of Ohio. She was preceded in death by one daughter: Virginia Jewell and six brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers will be Chet Chunn, Daryl Chunn, Bryce Tobish, Travis Warf, Bryan Stancliff, Richard Davis, Jr. and Marion Hill.
