Pauline Sylvester Austin

Mrs. Pauline Sylvester Austin, 83, formerly of Westland, MI, died Tuesday, May 10, 2005 at the home of her daughter, Sharon Little, in Columbia.
Funeral services for Mrs. Austin will be conducted Saturday, May 14, 2005, at 11:00 am at Neeley-Turowski Funeral Home in Canton, Michigan with her son-in-law, Tony Crawford, officiating. Burial will be in the Cadillac Memorial Gardens in Westland, Michigan. The family will visit with friends Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Williams Funeral Home of Columbia, Tennessee is in charge of local arrangements.
The Portsmith, Ohio native was the daughter of the late Tony and Paulina Sylvester and was the widow of Roy Austin, who died in 1995. She was a retired LPAN with Northville State Mental Hospital. She loved being with her grandchildren and adopting pets.
She is survived by two daughters, Patricia Austin of Westland, MI and Sharon Ken Little of Columbia, TN; a son, Frank Ramona Austin of Clinton Township, MI; nine grandchildren, John Austin of MI, Marie Austin, Roy Austin, and Sandra Austin all of Clinton Township, MI, David Little of Leece, Italy, Joshua Little and Katie Little both of Columbia, TN, Sarah Crawford of Knoxville, TN, and Ruth Little of Brentwood, TN; two brothers, Tony Sylvester of California and Robert Barbara Sylvester of Columbus, OH; several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Cochran and two brothers, Louis Sylvester and Benny Sylvester.
Pallbearers will be Ken Little, Josh Little, Paul Little, Frank Austin, John Austin and Roy Austin.
